Returns & Exchanges

At TOAST, we prioritize quality and longevity, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We accept unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
